Radiology Department HUSM: Wishing All Our Friends A Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

Hari Raya Aidilfitri is the major Muslim holiday in Malaysia. Today is a day where families and friends reunite and come together to celebrate the momentous occasion. It is the time we can spend a special moment with our beloved.

Hari Raya Aidilfitri, marks the end of the Ramadan fast. Muslims usually went to the mosques in the morning to perform Aidilfitri prayers and listen to the Khutbah. This year's celebrations definitely different due to COVID-19 Pandemic. Opportunities to visit family members were limited, only 20 people per day for Raya visits...

Despite COVID-19 Pandemic.... the joyful Hari Raya mood still could be felt, we took some memorable photographs with our family, taking photos with them: (photos: staff and ex-staff)

Hari Raya Aidilfitri prayer been performed at home, led by the head of the family. The conditional movement control order (CMCO) which was supposed to end on May 12, has been extended by four weeks and will end on June 9, 2020.

I take this opportunity to apologize for everything that I have intentionally or unintentionally done, be it the things that I have said, shared, or joked about. May Allah bestow his blessings upon us, forgive us for our shortcomings, and accept our sincere repentance...

InsyaAllah, all of our deeds throughout Ramadhan will be accepted by Him. May He grant us long life and good health to reunite us again with Ramadhan and allow us to celebrate Hari Raya Aidilfitri in many more years to come....ﺁﻣِﻴْﻦُ ﻳَﺎ ﺭَﺏَّ ﺍﻟْﻌَﺎﻟَﻤِﻴْﻦ
