The success of any committee requires an understanding of this basic principle. Every committee needs a purpose. If you do not know what you are trying to accomplish, or have no purpose, then your committee is unlikely to succeed. And, that purpose needs to be clearly articulated so that all members understand and you can work collectively to achieve it.

Nik Fauriza Nik Lah (System Administrator)

He will play a key role in the implementation of our Radiology Information System (RIS) /Picture Archive & Communication System (PACS) and related radiology department workflow redesign.

Responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operation of the RIS/PACS as relates to the operational activities of the radiology program across all facilities. This will include, imaging workflow monitoring, issues resolution and exception handling, operational support and training for HUSM staff (PACSIW  and Viarad4 users.).

Resposible to describe a security privilege which is assigned to the users of a specific computer, server, network or other IT System.

Responsibility for IT security and risk management, skillful for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff

Azahadi Mamat (Securities Administrator)
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Ensuring data system are successfully backed up to the appropriate media.

Muhamad Sayuti Idris (VIARAD4)
Sets up VIARAD4 on users' computer. Create, remove, or update user account information and reset password.
A member of a Quality Assurance Team (Radiology) that regularly checks the safe and accurate operation of the equipment we use, a three-member team led by Mr Nik Kamarullah Ya Ali (Medical Physicist).

Zakaria Mohamad (TECHNICAL SUPPORT)
If you have any problems with the set-up (PACS-IW and VIARAD4) or difficulties with computer systems., he is the right person for the job.
