Today, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) had awarded staff members for their excellent work throughout their service with the Hospital USM (HUSM). 169 staff members were selected to receive Anugerah Khidmat Cemerlang based on the performance evaluation for the year 2019 and Anugerah Khidmat Sanjungan Budi which are special awards to recognize staff who have served for 25 years to the HUSM.
The recipients of the Anugerah Khidmat Cemerlang and Anugerah Khidmat Sanjungan Budi came from numerous departments and units under USM (Health Campus). The Award Ceremony for the 2019 recipients was held in the morning on the 28th October 2020 at the Dewan Utama, USM Health Campus, Kelantan. The three-hour ceremony was officiated by YBhg. Professor Dato’ Dr. Ahmad Sukari Halim, Health Campus Director/Director of Hospital USM (HUSM). Recipients were advised to wear a face mask during the ceremony to protect ourselves and others from Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).
The awards were established to acknowledge and recognize deserving individuals and staff of the HUSM who have delivered excellent and quality service through their tireless contribution. It seeks to cultivate the serving spirit of staff while motivating others to emulate and contribute even more.
